Charges

We offer two types of services, both to the same high standards:

1 - Full Management Service:

The majority of our clients use this service.

This is aimed at people with a single property or small portfolio who require a rental income with the minimum of fuss and needing very little input from themselves.

Our fee for this service is as follows:

12.5% of rents received + VAT.

This includes any advertising costs for your first tenant.

For a second or subsequent tenant, we reserve the right to charge for advertising costs, (at our cost price), but not to exceed £60.00 + VAT.

2 - The Tenant Find Service

Due to a recent change in regulations, this means that we will market your property, find a tenant and reference the same.

However you will have to prepare your own lease, inventory, photographs and join a suitable Tenants Deposit Scheme and organise the move to the property and be responsible for the maintenance of the property.
